1. Service

AgentPMO is a portfolio-level agentic PMO platform. The specific scope of services, included usage caps, and feature availability will be documented here once the product surfaces are finalized.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to AgentPMO. We use that content only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your private content to train third-party models.

3. Acceptable use

Standard SaaS expectations: don't attempt to compromise security, don't share credentials, don't use the service to harass or defraud anyone, don't reverse-engineer the platform. Repeated abuse can result in account termination.

4. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms substantively, we bump the version, post the new copy to /terms, and ask signed-in users to review and re-accept before continuing.
